Orders and returns

ALL DELIVERIES CAN ONLY  BE DELIVERED TO THE BILLING ADDRESS FOR SECURITY REASONS.

NO ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY ADDRESS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Delivery charges - All goods will be sent via an express courier service & must be signed for on their arrival.

If delivery is over 2 items, we will contact you about the shipping charges. Orders despatched outside the EU may be subject to duties and taxes - Mosu Ltd is not responsible for these charges.

Delivery times - UK 1-2 working days, Europe and the rest of the world - within a week (depending on location). Sale items may take longer due to high demand. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery for Sale items.

We will contact you if there is a delay with the despatch of your goods.

As soon as the payment has been authorised, we will endevour to despatch goods immediately. 

At very busy times of the year, e.g. sale times and Christmas, we may not be able to despatch the goods on the same day, due to high volumes of orders.

We recommend placing your order early for Christmas - our delivery times will be according to the courier company.

There is only one postal charge per order.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5.30pm.

Overseas orders - please use our website service to pay for your Mosu goods.

We reserve the right to refuse orders.

Unfortunately we cannot make personal deliveries.

We cannot arrange for goods to be left with a neighbour or similar requests.

Orders despatched to addresses outside the EU may be subject to local taxes and duties. Mosu is not responsible for these charges.

No other offers can be used in conjunction with Sale orders.

All Sale items are non-refundable. You have 7 days for an exchange.

Special offers and promotional discounts are not for resale or publication and can be only used once and are not valid in conjunction with any other Mosu offers, gift voucher and sale items.

Returns Policy

Please return your unwanted items to us within 14 days of purchase in perfect unused condition complete with dust bag, all swing tickets, leather swatch & security tag in tact and we will give you a full refund or exchange.

If your item(s) is faulty, please inform us immediately.

Please fill in the returns form and send back to us with the item(s) you are returning.

Postage cannot be refunded.

We recommend that you return goods recorded delivery. We are not responsible for goods that go missing.

On the receipt of goods, your refund/exchange will be arranged.

Once the item(s) have been refunded you will receive a confirmation email from us. 

If the item(s) are being exchanged, they will be dispatched within 24 hours.

If you require a refund on a discounted item, please note that you will be refunded the discounted price.

Refunds/ replacements for items bought as gifts can only be given / sent to the original purchaser. If you decided to change an item, the original purchaser will be informed.

Replacement items will be sent out free of charge.
